Peter Atkins U.A is aprofessional watercolour Artist. He became a member of the prestigious United Artists and has had many works hung in Westminster Central Halls! He works in a style unique to himself and fragments the image by his splash technique. A method which is probably unique in the world of Art! The fragmentation of the images is of course rooted in the impressionist era but whereas Monet and his group of impressionists fragmented and called it impressionism Peter approaches his work by detailing perfectly with the pen then using his splash technique it causes the image to become fragmented and thus gain an impressionist image which does not detail the image but conveys it's spirit and form! Peter Atkins, the Artist has exhibited at the Oxford Art Society, Bath and the prestigious Westmoinster Central Halls.
